Design of your bodywork
Having set out your requirements with our commercial team, it is now over to our technical teams to draw up the plans for your refrigerated bodywork, supported by the R&D department and test laboratory.

Cutting and Sealing
Thanks to the automated cutting of raw materials, we can precisely prepare the different elements that make up our sandwich panels.

Machining of sandwich panels
The panels are then machined using CNC machines to give them their finishes.

Hardware
This workshop is dedicated to the manufacture of all of the metal structures that make up our vehicle bodies.

Construction of doors and fittings
In this workshop, robots manufacture the doors and assemble the fittings.

Assembly and mounting of your vehicle bodies
Four Takt Time paced assembly lines optimise chassis preparation, assembly and mounting of the vehicle bodies as well as vehicle finishing in order to deliver your order as promptly as possible.

Mounting the refrigeration units
Our teams install the refrigeration units onto the vehicles and commission them.

Vehicle customisation
Our painting and branding workshop teams customise the vehicle.

Final check
A team of quality experts check that the vehicles conform to the highest national and European refrigerated body manufacturing standards.
